The View 5K

The Vancouver Insight (into) Endometriosis Walk 5K

The VIEW 5K is the first in a series of unique non-competitive walks that weaves awareness and education about endometriosis throughout the course. The event includes guest speakers, educational display and a raffle are included.

We acknowledge the presence of barriers that disadvantage individuals from access to information and participation of events they can benefit from. With this, participation in The VIEW 5K is FREE. Registration is required (online pre-registration and day-of, onsite will be available).

Participants interested in providing financial support of our organization and its program development, in-kind donations can be made at time of registration and purchase of raffle tickets for items donated by local, regional and national businesses. Donors of Raffle Prizes updated as we receive them.

EPNR is excited to report data collection of our first Internal Review Board Ethics Committee approved Research Study is complete.

“Survey of a select population of persons with surgically diagnosed thoracic/diaphragm endometriosis and their medical encounters from symptom onset through surgical diagnosis”.

Subjective information of persons with surgically diagnosed endometriosis of the diaphragm and/or chest cavity/lungs was collected in an online survey, August through October, 2022. Participation was open to persons 18+yrs, fluent in English, residing anywhere across the globe.

Estimated date of manuscript submission for publication: Spring, 2023.
